We do not sell perfume. We conduct descents.

Every Hadal commission begins below the sunlit zone. One perfumer, one client, one depth. Nothing is sampled from a shelf; everything is sounded out of the dark, slowly.

By appointment only · Worldwide · 4 descents per year

Offerings · Three ways down

−500 M Epipelagic zone

The Sounding

A private two-hour consultation at the maison — or by private line. We map your history with scent: what you wear, what you avoid, what you have never found. You leave with a written descent profile and three directions.

The Commission

A bespoke formula composed over one season. Four laboratory sittings, a final maceration of twelve weeks in the dark, and a single flacon of your descent — numbered, sealed, never repeated for anyone else.

One season Single flacon, numbered

The Long Descent

A year inside the maison. One client, one perfumer, four quarterly sittings as the formula is taken deeper and re-sounded. For houses, estates, and individuals building a scent that will outlive the season it was born in.

12 months Four sittings

Process · How a descent runs

Four pressure layers. No shortcuts.

Each stage is logged like a sounding. You receive the record — depths, materials, decisions — bound at the end of the descent.

−500 M

Listening

The first sitting. We take your history, your refusals, your weather. Nothing is smelled yet.

−2,000 M

Sounding

Raw materials go down one by one — vetiver, ambergris, black orchid, cold-pressed green oils — until the line holds.

−6,000 M

Maceration

Twelve weeks in darkness. The formula settles under its own pressure; we disturb it only to record.

−8,048 M

The Seal

The flacon is filled by hand, numbered, and sealed. Your descent is entered in the maison logbook.
